    • Additional Adults (18 and over): $15 per day

    • Additional Children: $10 per day

    • Day / Overnight Guest (Child – 5 yrs and under): FREE

    • Day Guest (Adult): $10 per day

    • Day Guest (Child 6–18 yrs): $5 per day

    • Overnight Guest (Adult): $15 per day

    • Overnight Guest (Child 6–18 yrs): $10 per day

    • Check-in time: between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM

    • Check-out time: before noon

    • If your site is available, you may check in early or stay late for an additional $25.00.

    • Visitors to registered campers may enter between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and must exit by 10:00 PM.

    • Overnight guests must check out by 2:00 PM next day.

    • Visitors may not bring pets.

    • Transient Campers: Short-term guests without seasonal lease.

    • Payments: Full payment required at booking.

    • Holiday Reservations: 3-day minimum; non-refundable & non-transferable.

      • Memorial Day (May 22–25)

      • Independence Day (Jul 2–5)

      • Labor Day (Sep 4–Sep 7)

      • Columbus Day (Oct 9–12)

    • Refunds (Non-Holiday):

      • 30+ days prior: Full refund – $25 fee.

      • 14–30 days prior: 50% refund – $25 fee.

      • <14 days: No refund.

Campground Rules

    • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; campfires out by 11:00 PM; pets quiet 10 PM–7 AM.

    • Check-In / Check-Out:

      • Check-In: Sun–Thu 1–5 PM | Fri–Sat 1–8 PM | Call if arriving later.

      • Check-Out: By 12 PM.

      • Early check-ins/late check-outs incur charges; early AM arrivals = full day rate.

      • All guests must check in at the office before going to sites.

    • Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Drive carefully, children present.

    • Visitors: Must register at office, pay guest fee, leave by 10 PM. No pets.

    • Campsites: Leave clean. No subletting.

    • Behavior: Disorderly conduct may result in eviction without refund.

    • Abandonment: Items left 30+ days may be sold or discarded.

    • Site Restrictions: No changes to guest count, no structural modifications without approval.

    • Liability: Campers must carry insurance. Park not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

    • Pool: No lifeguard. Under 16 must be with adult. No children in spa. No food, drinks, pets.

    • Fires: Use fire rings only. No lumber/debris burning. Fully extinguish when done. Children cannot manage fires.

    • Children: Parents responsible. Must be at site by 11 PM. No unattended children.

    • Bicycles: Daylight use only. Helmets for under 16. No bikes in parking areas. ATV/dirt bikes not allowed.

    • Golf Carts: Electric only with medical need + insurance certificate. No gas carts. 5 MPH max.

    • Firearms/Fireworks: Strictly prohibited.

    • Drones: Not allowed (privacy).

    • Pets:

      • Leash max 6 ft. No unattended pets.

      • Rabies certificate required at check-in.

      • No tying to trees/decks/shrubs.

      • Children cannot walk pets.

      • Must clean up (carry bags). Excessive barking/aggression = eviction.

      • Not allowed: snakes, spiders, ferrets, iguanas.

    • Wildlife: Do not feed or harm animals. Store food properly to avoid bears/unwanted visitors.

    • Water Use: No vehicle/unit washing. Avoid waste and leaks.

    • Trees: No cutting, nails, or ropes.

    • Gray Water: Use sewer/dump station only. Use eco-safe products.
