Camping Rates
Our rates are based upon 2 Adults and 2 Children (6 and above) .One camping unit and one family per campsite. Children below 6 and pets are free.

These sites are designed for travelers who want to sit deep in the lap of nature without giving up basic comforts. Tucked into more spacious, rustic corners of our established park, these footprints offer plenty of room to stretch out in a beautifully integrated wilderness setting.

Campground Rules
-
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; campfires out by 11:00 PM; pets quiet 10 PM–7 AM.

Check-In: Sun–Thu 1–5 PM | Fri–Sat 1–8 PM | Call if arriving later.

Check-Out: By 12 PM.

Early check-ins/late check-outs incur charges; early AM arrivals = full day rate.

All guests must check in at the office before going to sites.

Visitors: Must register at office, pay guest fee, leave by 10 PM. No pets.

Campsites: Leave clean. No subletting.

Behavior: Disorderly conduct may result in eviction without refund.

Abandonment: Items left 30+ days may be sold or discarded.

Site Restrictions: No changes to guest count, no structural modifications without approval.

Liability: Campers must carry their own insurance. Peppermint Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to any personal property.

Pool: No lifeguard. Under 16 must be with adult. No children in spa. No food, drinks, pets.

Fires: Use fire rings only. No lumber/debris burning. Fully extinguish when done. Children cannot manage fires.

Children: Parents responsible. Must be at site by 11 PM. No unattended children.

Firearms/Fireworks: Strictly prohibited.

Drones: Not allowed (privacy).

Pets:

Leash max 6 ft. No unattended pets.

Rabies certificate required at check-in.

No tying to trees/decks/shrubs.

Children cannot walk pets.

Must clean up (carry bags). Excessive barking/aggression = eviction.

Not allowed: snakes, spiders, ferrets, iguanas.

Wildlife: Do not feed or harm animals. Store food properly to avoid bears/unwanted visitors.

Water Use: No vehicle/unit washing. Avoid waste and leaks.
-
Trees: No cutting, nails, or ropes.
-
Gray Water: Use sewer/dump station only. Use eco-safe products.

Speed Limit for ALL: 5 MPH. Drive carefully, children present.

Golf Carts
-
Privately owned electric golf carts are permitted with prior campground approval, proof of liability insurance, certificate of medical necessity and compliance with all campground rules

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Golf carts may only be operated on campground roads.

Pedestrians, bicycles, and emergency vehicles always have the right of way. Reckless driving, racing, loud music, overloading passengers, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

Golf carts may not be driven or parked on grass, playgrounds, picnic areas, or in any manner that blocks roads, campsites, or emergency access.

Management reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges for unsafe operation or violation of campground rules without refund.

(e)Bikes​
-
E-bikes and personal mobility devices are permitted only on campground roads . Riders must yield to pedestrians, and operation is prohibited on sidewalks, playgrounds, the pool area, the Lodge, and other pedestrian gathering areas.

Riders under 16 must wear a helmet, and children under 14 may operate an e-bike only when accompanied by an adult. Riding after dark is permitted only with working front and rear lights.

Reckless riding, racing, stunts, unauthorized passengers, modified high-speed e-bikes, and charging batteries anywhere other than your campsite using manufacturer-approved chargers are prohibited. Management reserves the right to revoke riding privileges for unsafe operation
